Tuesday Throwdown #2

What an AWESOME first challenge we had with all the amazing entries! Thank you everyone for participating! Your artworks were absolutely fabulous! We'd like to also thank Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for sponsoring last week's challlenge. We used Random.org to choose a winner. Without further ado, the winner is:

Anne from Anne's Creative World
Congratulations Anne! Please contact me to claim your prize.

Our sponsor this week is Christian Paper Crafts. Cindy started this wonderful website to share her love of the Lord through papercrafting. Here's what she says about CPC:

Christian Paper Crafts is a labor of love for Jesus and obedience to share his gospel with those who are lost, those who have strayed from the faith, and to strengthen, encourage and embolden the body of Christ to share the message of salvation with others through our gift of paper crafting. We are in the end times according to Biblical prophecy and more than ever, the good news of Jesus needs to be spread. That is what this ministry is all about – JESUS.

Cindy has generously donated this beautiful stamp set from
Ippity for this week's giveaway. Our throwdown this week is all about trees and nature. Create your artwork and incorporate trees or something from nature into your artwork. Please upload it with a direct link using McLinky at the end of this post. You can also upload your artwork to an online gallery using the keyword: TT002

Check out what the DT has created following this week's theme and visit their blog for more details.

Memorial Day Blog Hop

Welcome to Operation Write Home's Memorial Day Weekend Blog Hop! We are currently holding our Tuesday Throwdown and have some wonderful digi stamps we are giving away from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. Please scroll down to the next post for more details.
This is my first time participating in this wonderful blog hop. If you hopped on over from Angela's blog than you are good to go, otherwise check out the start of the hop at Operation Write Home Stars and Stamps. There you'll find more details to this awesome blog hop and check out there site. There are tutorials and sketches that are really great to participate in.
I made this card using this adorable image from
Paper Make-Up. I colored the image in using coloring pencils and blending it with baby oil. Love using baby oil to blend. It works out very well and goes a long way.
Have a wonderful time blog hopping! Your next stop on the hop is
Ayana's Creations.

To all the service men and women serving our country, THANK YOU for all you do!!!
